Hello all, I am the owner and founder of Harmony Psychotherapy LLC, located in Delray Beach, Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of Florida and New York. I graduated from St. John’s University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and in 2018 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. 

I have spent my career thus far working in areas such as mental health housing, Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) programs and private practice where I have gained experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illnesses. 

I have experience using the following therapeutic approaches; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Person Centered Therapy. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to meet each individual clients needs.
